USA Tariffs Update 3rd October 2025, following the shipping disruption that began in August.

• All shipments to the US are sent as Parcels only (no Large Letter option available).

• Shipping costs are higher than before, we recommend adding more items to optimize postage.

• TAKE ADVANTAGE OF OUR 20% discount on all orders over €50.

• Shipment is EXPRESS and TRACKED

• No tariffs apply on music products (CDs, vinyl, etc.), confirmed by US Customs & Border Protection, see official guidance.

Shipping Terms & Conditions

By completing a purchase on our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following terms and conditions:

• Dispatch of Orders
  All orders are processed and dispatched within seven (7) business days following confirmation of payment. Unless otherwise specified, shipments are made via Large Letter service. A Registered Mail option is available and may be selected by the customer at checkout.

• Data Protection
  In compliance with applicable privacy laws, your personal data (including name, address, and email) will be processed solely for internal purposes such as accounting and billing. No personal data will be transferred or disclosed to third parties.

• Returns and Replacements
  Defective or faulty products may be returned for replacement. Customers must contact us in advance to obtain return instructions. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

• Payment Methods
  Payments are primarily processed through PayPal. Customers who do not hold a PayPal account may complete transactions using any major credit card by selecting the option “I don’t have PayPal” during checkout.
